Rock unveiled its 2017 daily lineup for its 24th annual festival, held July 13-15 in Cadott, Wisconsin. The rockstar-studded lineup is headlined by Avenged Sevenfold, Rob Zombie, and Slayer. Over 65 bands will rock five stages for expected record-setting crowds at the festival.
The head-banging begins Wednesday night as three-day ticket holders have exclusive access to the Wednesday July 12 “Bonus Bash”. The thrilling “Who’s on Top Stage” features legendary hair bands RATT, Jack Russel’s Great White, and Faster Pussycat with The Good Bars rounding out the lineup. Bobaflex, Seasons After, Rachel Lorin, and The 9th Planet Out will rock-out on the “Budweiser Grab Some Buds Stage”. Gates open Wednesday night for three-day ticket holders at 5:00pm.
Thursday night’s main stage performers promise to blow your mind headlined by Slayer. Volbeat, Lamb of God, Anthrax, Failure Anthem, Badflower, and Rachel Lorin round out the main stage performers. The “Who’s on Top Stage” features must-see bands Insane Clown Posse, Mushroomhead, Gemini Syndrome, Sin 7, Awaken the Shadow, Antistar, and The 9th Planet Out. The “Jack’s Tribute Stage”, the area featuring the best regional and local tribute bands, includes Kissin Time (KISS) and Cowboys from Hell (Pantera). The “Budweiser Grab Some Buds Stage” features Hand of the Tribe, The Zealots, Valora and The Nearly Deads.
Your nightmare will come to life Friday night as metal-gods Avenged Sevenfold headline the day on the main stage. The impressive main-stage lineup includes: Korn, Stone Sour, Clutch, Avatar, Lacey Sturm, and One Less Reason. The “Who’s on Top Stage” will include fan-favorites Cinderella’s Tom Keifer and Lita Ford, as well as up and coming acts Texas Hippie Coalition, Scattered Hamlet, Nuisance, Oblivious Signal, and Emperors and Elephants. VIA and Stare Across will tear it up on the “Loud & Local Stage”. Motley 2 (Motley Crue) and Rock N Roll (Motorhead) will keep it rocking on the “Jack’s Tribute Stage”.
The final day of hardcore music is headlined by the iconic Rob Zombie. The final day promises to leave a lasting impression as Shinedown, Megadeth, Sevendust, LIT, Devour the Day, and City of the Weak will grace the main stage. The “Who’s on Top Stage” includes can’t-miss bands HellYeah, Thousand Foot Krutch, VIMIC, Shallow Side, Veilside, and Fall II Rise. The “Budweiser Grab Some Buds Stage” includes Ignescent and Wrecked. The Crown Jewels (Queen) and Who’s Who (The Who) take the stage on the “Jack’s Tribute Stage” while 7’s Catacomb and My Memory Remains close out the “Loud & Local Stage”.
