The Fell Make “Footprints” With New Single

There’s a new band out there, and they play some damn good rock n’ roll music. The band consists of “Anthony Del A Torre (Young Jack Sparrow, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales) on vocals, Guitar player Mike Krompass (Multi-Platinum music producer and session guitar player), Randy Cooke (notorious session/touring drummer who has recorded/played with a laundry list of greats) and last, but not least, Billy Sheehan (Mr. Big, Winery Dogs) on bass.” (Straight from their Facebook pages about section). First single, called “Footprints” is an excellent example of what these guys can do. Hard rocking guitars, great bass playing, (Billy Sheehan is among the best bassists out there), and very solid drumming. Musically speaking, this is a very tasteful song. The intro has a slight Soundgarden feel, and leads into a verse that lets the vocals carry it.  The instruments are there, but subtlety is indeed used. The chorus is huge, and super catchy; “Pull me out from the mess I made, and the world I live in, I just want to live, I need to start again, pull me out so I don’t leave no damaged footprints.” These are words I think that we can all relate to in one way or another.  I love the groove of the breakdown, thanks in no small part to the interplay of each instrument with the other. This is a very well put together song, and I cannot wait to hear more from The Fell. So, go check out the single, “Footprints”, and await the release of more music from this immensely talented group of individuals.
